Claire Casey is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified School Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She has been helping children, adolescents, and families in schools, private practice, and community agencies for over a decade. As a trauma informed therapist, she uses TF-CBT, play therapy, and the creative arts to support clients in a non-judgmental and safe space.
Claire has presented community wide on teen dating violence prevention and has served as a discussion panelist for topics including sexual assault and suicide prevention. She is the former Chair of the Monmouth County Coalition for the Prevention of Sexual Violence.
Claire earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Kean University and is a member of Chi Sigma Iota – International Honor Society for Counseling Professionals and Alpha Epsilon Lambda – Graduate Students Honor Society.
