Please consult the NJCA by-laws for details on parliamentary procedure.<\/p><p>If you are interested in submitting a nomination for consideration for the positions of President-elect or Member at Large, please do so in response to the Call for Nominations or by email to the NJCA in a timely fashion.<\/p><p>Self nominations are not accepted, in conformance of the ACA restrictions regarding nominations and elections. The nominator must ascertain and represent that the nominee is a member of good standing in the NJCA.<\/p><p>The nominator must submit to the NJCA in a timely fashion, the following :<\/p><ul><li>A resume or CV of the nominee<\/li><li>A statement of 50 words or less that sets forth the proposed candidate&#8217;s reasons for seeking this office<\/li><li>The term of membership with NJCA (how long have you and the proposed candidate been members)<\/li><li>A description of the proposed candidate&#8217;s counseling experience in the workplace (both paid and volunteer)<\/li><li>A listing of any other professional organizations in which the proposed candidate holds membership<\/li><\/ul><p>The nominating Committee will review all submissions and pass on the nominee&#8217;s candidacy for the ballot, pursuant to the procedures established in the by-laws.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Board Members President: Dr. Maria del Carmen Rodriguez\u00a0 &#8211; masolis@kean.eduPres elect: Prof. Aida Hernandez &#8211; aidahernandezlpc@icloud.comPast President: Dr. David J.
