Professor Kinsella has developed and implemented education programs focusing on several health issues, including Black infant mortality, HIV prevention and education, HIV perinatal transmission initiative, women and substance abuse, and reproductive health in female correctional settings. She is the Director of Community Programs for the Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey (Irvington, NJ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
